Great News for the 50 Years of Class Race at TVD.

On Friday night June 10 there will be a Thunder Valley Reunion at Wheelz in Brandon SD prior to The 50 Years of Class Race. Racers coming to this race make sure you stop at Wheelz on your way to the race .Alumni don't miss this event - the past 2 have been fantastic! A Huge Thank You goes out to Jim Christensen & Ron Roddel for hosting this event!

More info on The 50 Years of Class Race (June 11 & 12 ). TVD is a IHRA Racetrack so IHRA indexs will be used (NHRA plus .3 ) All NHRA & IHRA class cars are welcome! They do have a working scale that will be used as heads up races will be run in elim .

Information on 50th Weekend Race. Gates will open Friday evening at 6:00 till 10:00. Sat gates open at 8:00 First time trial will be at 10:00. Racers to make the show run smooth and on time please fill out your tech card and get it to tower ( second floor) as soon as you can. This will make our first qualifying pass run smooth without delays.

Potluck supper will be at 6:00 Sat evening ( or at conclusion of race) it will be held in the 30x40 tent south of the tower (across the creek). MCR will be providing Pulled Pork & Buns Please all Racers and Alumni join us for a GREAT meal and Bench Racing . Bring a dish or dessert and beverage of choice.

This should be a fun race as we have talked to former and current racers from all over the country. MCR is paying our largest purse ever! Two Races one Tow! Scale works and will be used! Stock / Super Stock is the Main Show! Please join us!
