Carlos Lawrence was from the Cincinnati/ Lawrenceburg Indiana Tri-State area.
I think he's still around .I believe he had taken over the ownership and driving duties of that car. |

There were several Hamburger cars which included Stockers, Super Stockers and I believe a Super Modified car too.
One of the Duster Stockers was racing in Puerto Rico, including a Stocker Challenger. |

Re: Information about this duster of ed hamburger
The car pictured is actually in Idaho and is for sale in Racing Junk. I bought the car from Ed in 1975 and sold it in 1978 to Bob Kaiser of Pa. "BIG MISTAKE" It is now owned by Steve Strieter . I can pretty much tell you all you need to know on this car. I will pm you with my contact info. Actually after looking at the right picture the one you posted lol I may of opened my trap to quick. Looking forward to talking with you.

Re: Information about this duster of ed hamburger
The Duster in #1 belonged to Neil? Strudwick from Canada and was 1 of 2 stockers that were part of the team.
Carlos Lawrence was quite a guy. He had a paint shop and painted truck for UPS, being from Cincy he carried a weapon in the glove compartment of his hauler. |
