.... and whoever runs this combo (not to be named), never went two runs better than -65 under in the second half last year?

I'm thinking the rules must have changed.

I went .98 under in class at Charlotte and .813 under at Indy, and ran .73 to .76 under at Cecil. Maybe they just took the average? Who knows.
