Very cool, but Its a shame he doesn't make it legal and put it in the record books.

Pretty close? What does that mean? This is not horse shoes. The next guy that gets torn down and found illegal should use that line. I guess your either pregnant or NOT!

It's like sorta pregnant. I don't think Carl cares about making it legal, just making it fast and he sure has done that.

I've talked to Carl about his car. He is doing exactly what he wants to do with it. He is going faster than anyone else with a new CJ and having fun.

Why would he want to make it "legal"? So he can have a bunch of other racers cry about how bogus his car is and how awful the new cars are? Then he could deal with all the glory of NHRA Sportsman drag racing too...:rolleyes: Why would he want that? And besides that, don't you think the Tasca's could have the fastest "legal" car if they wanted to? If anyone can have the best of the best people involved with their program it would be them.

Congrats to the Tasca's on having one bad hot rod!!:D

It means that is what I was told. If you want to know more ask them yourself. The only thing that I could see wrong was that it had no passenger seat, but I really wasn't looking.
