Re: VP Reformulating C11, C23 and C25
The octane was raised about 7/10s of a point in c11 c23 somewere from 7to 9 and the c25 was raised about a full point. The pro stock motors were having a problem with detination so the change to c 25. C11 was always for a little lower compresion motors and when ran in higher compresion motors it to had its problems. It maybe just to bring things more in line with todays motors higher rpms. I think the prices will be about the same but if car gas goes to 5 dollars race gas will follow. Tom

Re: VP Reformulating C11, C23 and C25
I had trouble many years ago with C-12 not passing. Since I started running the Volare I have been using C-11 with no problems. Found out the hard way you can't store any race gas in anything but metal cans. The plastic gas cans are ok for the weekend but you must return race fuel in a metal container after the race. It will last a long time stored properly. That includes fuel cells. Jim
