Did anyone read the additional paper that you have to mail in on your dime to get them to stop sending stuff? What a waste of my membership dollars. It must help the USPS though!

Money making SCAM. They just figure 50% won't send it back and they'll charge them $12.95. Heck even if you send it back you'll probably get charged the $12.95, then you'll have to make 20 calls to get your money back.

This Sh_t should be illegal to do.

This reminds of the old record/cd clubs that would send you CDs you didn't want followed by a bill.

According to USPS regulations, if it is unsolicited material for sale, you are not obligated to pay for OR send it back. It would be against Federal law for them to charge you for the DVD. If you didn't order it, you don't have to pay for it. This is an old trick that counts on the recipient not knowing the postal laws. It must work most of the time and be profitable. Jim

If you read the letter that came with the DVD , printed in darker print, it says," Because you didn't ask for this introductory DVD, you are under no obligation to do anything and can consider it a free gift". It's mine.....

I thought this kind of "marketing" stopped in the early 90's when credit card companies used to send unsolicited credit cards...

You don't have to do anything with this dvd, you can just keep it or toss it.
