Latest news is Dan's brain swelling has gone down. He and his attorney have agreed to try to seek a seltlement with Scott. The rumored settlement would be 3 hotdogs and 2 Pepsis (not diet).

my lawyer said not to talk to scott, that he would make the demand of 3 pepsis and 2 hot dogs with Sauerkraut. of course the lawyer is so damn slow and charging me an arm and a leg i cant go racing...
