Can't do Super Gas...too many family and friends there. I need a class where I can't lose on Saturdays...Super Street sounds good to me!

pretty strong words there boy

my junk runs about the same
Timer 1- .2
Timer 2- 3.8
Shift @.7
stop rpm 4300

go from there and just something to ponder, Super Street is just as tough as Super gas even though it is "entry level"

Re: 10.90 1/8 Mile Number Help...

In a local 10.90 series I ran my Super Gas corvette in 10.90 trim just for fun. The car all out ran 8.98 150 MPH (5.72 at 119 mph in the 1/8th)

To go 10.90 I set up my stop to come on at .050, car shifted into high gear at .700 and was on the stop for 3.600 seconds. My stop RPM was 4300.

The run looked like this:

1.727 60'
5.146 330'
7.464 660 ET
110.38 660 MPH

9.340 1000'

10.894 1/4 ET
145.74 MPH

This was a combo I used in cold temperatures (53 degrees and 610 feet density altitude) I have three passes 7.450= 10.884 7.464=10.894 and 7.427=10.876

Hope this helps

Andrew

Re: 10.90 1/8 Mile Number Help...

i use to run my malibu on the stop at 3700-3800 and to run 10.90 i was 7.47 to 7.50 in the 1/8th. and that was 8.91 wide open. so if you are running 8.6's or 8.7's i would try to get near 7.57 to 7.62 in the 1/8th, then you can ballpark when you get there. but as long as you have your ratio, you will be fine.

An after thought, you do know S/ST weight is 2800 with driver.

And they run us over the scales from time to time.
