Julie, with the sun out all day and temps in the low 90's the track is not in the best shape. Bucky has not made a good pass. I will get a picture for you in a little while. Here are some pics from Top and Jr Stock. Not the best camera or operated.

Actually, there is some good camera work there. In that one shot, it looks like you can see tire smoke coming of the Hawk/Bailey/Biondo car at what? 40 feet out! Indeed spun'm pretty bad.
Left lane was tricky for some yesterday also, although Iacono still managed launch his car into those giant wheelstands and then stick the landing.

I don't have the details, but I know we won both Jr. Stock and Top Stock. Hopefully someone has the two tickets or saw the race as I wasn't there.

Julie, I talk to Bucky for a bit. He couldn't get down the track. He was on and off the throttle and still manage to go a 149 with a 8 mph headwind, not sure what the et was. Here are some pics. Car looks much better than the pictures show.

Conditions are way better this morning - 84 * - 36% --30.39 barometer -- 1318 adj. alt.

Most stockers were 8 to 12 better than yesterday during 1st qual.run today

Only 1 record set -- Philbrick R/SA -- 13.10 - first leg only -- needs back-up yet .

NHRA computer locked- up --can't print qualifying sheets -- will get them when available


Tommy -- Mineshaft conditions better today--Jack went 10.80 @almost 122 . Jack said you better laugh -its funny . I don't get it .
