I believe he owned it and may have built it originally, Ralph bought it raced it and sold it back to him years later.

Thanks for all the coverage everyone, nothing like racing there and making those early runs. I have a time slip with a time on it just before 8 am. You don't sleep in at Indy.

Oh perfect! I thought it was too good to be true and audio AND live timing were both working this morning... now as we get ready for class eliminations, NHRA all access seems to be down and there is no server to be found! If there was a double angry face, I would put it on right now!!! Gr.r.r.r.r.rr.!!!

The 128-car bump right now is -.900. if you take out the 8 FSS cars, it's -.881

Weather is gorgeous. First few pairs of class finals have had several holeshot wins.
Overall, a good day in Indy so far.

It was at Beards Class Nationals 2, nice car. Saw a restored Blue one at yesterdays cruise night.
