And yet you can apparently change the original boosters in your 735 Holley for "down-leg" boosters and it's OK?

Hasn’t Summers been DQ’d before with that car? And if so, is there a repeat offender clause somewhere?

Summers was DQ at the sports nationals for having the same carburetor issues. This was a couple of years ago.
