My folks had two Powerflite Plymouths. Likely slower than your Dad's Ford.

I would use Jody Lang as an example of winning in Stock eliminator. Three national events win this year with no heads up races. I will say he does have the talent to win with a slow car. There are not many drivers that do.

As a diehard Stock/ Super Stock Fan. I LOVE the idea of Chevy finally getting in. I would also love to see a class just for these cars. "American Muscle" sounds great to me. I'll be there in the stands!
