Getting into bed with you, Ed, is not something I'd ever want to do, even if I WERE on medications.
They don't make one that strong... Hunt for a bed partner somewhere else...

Hey Bill,

Let's not forget that his math equalled your math, but he just wouldn't see that??? He didn't see that anymore than he see's your obvious logic...what can we say???

I'm glad that he's leary of Tempe, Az., because our city doesn't need him or his mindset....however, I still want to race him, just so I can do my best to put him in his place---the grandstands watching me in the next round!!!

So save your pennies and maybe some day you'll make 3 races next season. The purses need the money.

I see the purses got plenty from you this year huh!!??

Mike,

I'm sorry for my part in this, but I wasn't going to sit by and let Bill get assalted by Ed like he was with out saying something (he did this earlier in the year--or late last year-- in a similar thread)...it didn't take me long to understand Bills logic (because of how he explained it), and another racer clearly showed how Steve Wann could've benefitted from the logic Bill rec'd years ago about this matter in his race with Jimmy DeFrank last week.

This will be my last post on this topic, as I have better things to do with my time than go back and forth with Ed, like getting ready for 2010.

On a brighter note, I'm glad that you're one of "The Few, The Proud, The Front Wheel Drive Stocker Racers"!!! I'd be honored to race with you anywhere in this great country of ours!!! :)

Hey Mikey, when the thread comes up go out to the garage and work on the Olds.I'll send you out to Arizona.I'm too scared to run the Arizona Flash.Besides I'm not used to giving the spot.God forbid he red lights.I'll have to leave immediately and foul worse. It'll make the papers that night.

There are "none so blind as those who WILL NOT SEE," even when it benefits them.

Some people just can't stand to lose an argument.... regardless of what's right.

I have asked you whether you think a rule that benefits certain racers is superior to one that benefits NOBODY.... but, you never answer that question.

Instead, you write gibberish that has nothing to do with the subject at hand, attacking the person, rather than the issue.

That's because you know you're wrong, and don't want to admit it.

If you had a legitimate reason not to change this first red light rule, you'd surely, have told me, by now.

You haven't, won't, and can't.... because there is none.

Why don't you just admit it, so Mike Carr will be freed from his compulsion to read these over-long, repetitive, redundant notes that say the same thing 17 different ways, so that MAYBE, one of them will break through that fog that obscures the logic from your mind, and finally, you'll "get it."

Why can't you give me a reason, Ed; just ONE...

Thanks for the info Bob,
You've really made me laugh!

Sit down and go back to all your posts on all the subjects you've subjected us to and see if that doesn't describe you to a T.
I'm done.I never could crack a coconut open.

Ed , don't leave yet .
I too, would be interested in specifically, why you think this proposal wouldn't be a good idea for S/SS and handicap racing in general.
Maybe you'll be a little more comfortable addressing someone who's raced a little S/SS over the years.

Talk to me , Ed

Mark.I personally don't give a rats *** either way.Dedman has appointed himself the fairness police for
two classes he doesn't even run in.The Arizona Roadrunner at least has a stocker but he alays seems to make posts based on inequities about this or that.Mostly "discrimination" against slow /FWD cars.
I've been the first leaver in Stock since I started in 1999.I'm comfortable with the foul rule as is.It makes me concentrate more on leaving. If it changes, because either pressure from CURRENT S/SS racers or an
organizational decision, but not by someone who is bracket racing and not a S/SS racer.
And as I stated above he should look in the mirror about his last word comment.
I hope that gives you an idea about how I feel.
