GM putting a Ford 9" rear in this car is a f***ing joke. They should be embarrassed, ashamed and fired.

The Mustangs don't have a Powerglide? It's a Ford C2?
And the DPs have a 2 speed Powerflite?

This is a hoot. What previous Ford or Mopar internal parts fit?
Powerglides using aftermarket cases.

They are what they are.

The original Ford 2 sp released in 1959 was called Fordomatic, real turd my dad had one and you could walk faster to 60 mph.

I am curious about what carb and intake they will put on the LS7. Course the GM LS7 carb intake has been available for some time.

Most likely a 1000 cfm throttle body.

I am willing to bet there are no Ford parts asscoiated with that rear end. From the pics you cant see if it has a 12 bolt center section. All after market parts so whats the difference. Personally I think the car looks a lot better than I was expecting. I would love to have one but cant afford the price tag

No Ford manufactured parts. It's a Strange Engineering piece, the S-9, sort of like their S-60. Too bad they didn't use a KTRE 12 bolt housing.

Still a concept car. Supposedly no price set, no production quota set, no delivery date set. About 1/3 of what is in it is "TBD" (to be determined).

Still does not belong in Stock Eliminator. Neat car. No happier with GM for doing this than with Ford or Chrysler, if they remain in Stock Eliminator.
