Re: $10K to win Stk/SS Race at Numidia

Well we are coming up on 2 weeks away from the race and after talking to many people at the national open at Atco and the national event at Charlotte many people are planning to pay at the gate. This is totally understandable, especially with the instability of the economy, weather, etc. However it would make it a lot easier on Lee and myself if we had a rough idea on what the car count is going to be. We want to be able to tell the track how many cars we are expecting. We want to be all parked in the same area and want to know how much area we need. If anyone is planning on coming and entering at the gate if you could please reply either on here, our email, website, or give us a call. We won't hold anyone to it and we know that many things may affect your decision but if you do plan on attending and you let us know it will make it easier for us to make it a more enjoyable race for everyone. Once again thanks everyone for their interest in this event. It is going to be outstanding.

Brian & Lee, do you know if VP fuels will be sold at the track for Friday and Saturday?

Joe,

Numidia only has Sunoco at the pumps. I know they were carrying some VP last season, but I believe it was Q16. You could call the track or office to find out. 570-799-5090 (Track). 570-245-6246 (Office).

Well a week from tomorrow people will begin to show up at Numidia Dragway to run the Inaugural "Combo in the Hill's". Those of you that pre-entered will just give your name and car number and will be escorted to a pit spot. If you have a crew member there is a small, I believe $7 fee for them. We ask for one favor of those who are paying at the gate. If at all possible, if you could bring the exact change for your entry. That would make our lives so much easier. I am sure that you can imagine trying to give everyone $25 back from $300 could be tough in the change department. Or if you have $20's and 5's that would be great but if everyone comes in and gives 3 $100 bills that could get a little interesting. If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to call or email us and we will see if we can answer them for you. Once again, we want to thank all the racers and sponsors for all the support that they have given us throughout the last few months. This is quite a time consuming project but we have really enjoyed it and hope to give you a racing experience that you will always remember. Thanks again.

Hey I have never been to numidia thinking about coming to watch what will the spectator price be and what time does it start? Real fans are there before first run and stay till last car just for the record.

Does anyone coming to the race have any VP C-12 they could sell? I have a friend looking for 5 gallons.

The Spectator price is $7 and we will start making time runs at 10 o'clock. We look forward to seeing you there.

I got some VP C-12 from the Atco Open, or I can get some from work this week if you are interested.

Patric, I would take ten gallons of c-12 if you are able to bring it.
