A very accommodating lady in the NHRA office was able to provide me with an explanation. The card I received was a replacement for the one with a February expiry. I'd rather them send me a rule book like they used to do and forget about the worthless fan guide.

Every time I start thinking about another stocker, a thread like this pops up and returns me to my senses.
I'm not sure what is run worse: Government or the NHRA. They both seem to operate under the same mantra: "We're the government/ NHRA; we don't care because we don't have to." (Apologies to Lily Tomlin.)
