Boy are you going to get a lot of different opinions here !
Biondo sells both Altronics and Altalab. ...Ask them about the differences. I prefer the Altalab. excellent customer service on the very few occasions I needed it. Very user friendly. ......It's well worth the investment in getting the pager system, and if it's in the budget, get the Crew Chief software to go with it. Both have been very good for me.
