When I tune into broadcasts of various big money bracket races, I have noticed something that seems odd to me. The front windshields of many full body cars often have a cascade of small stickers on the left side and lower left corner. What exactly are these and why are they there?

I tuned into Rockingham this past weekend. One car in particular had 1/3 of the windshield covered, this time on the passenger side.
