Mike Town and his brother both ran the 2bbl. I think the 69 model has the big 2bbl. Im pretty sure it is the same everything as the 350/255 441 head engine. If memory serves me the 255 q-jet is rated at 294hp and the 350/250 is rated at 230hp. I have always had an interest in odd or obscure combos and thought this one would be sweet. Don Jackson

I think the large 2v was available in 69 +70. In stock,
the camaro and deuce get 224 hp. I only looked at a
few years, but Nitro Joe's Stats seem to lean on
stock for being more favorable on that combo.
Didn't see much activity in stick.
Good luck, bob

The bus ,truck carb was a big bore unit that came with a governor on the bottom. Back in the day dirt trackers used most of the carb when rules said 2bl. Would not be the right size. Mike Town Tony Schaffer had it figured out back in the day and still runs good now. Didn't Sorenson [spelling] put a 2bl on there stocker and went real fast a few years ago? Tom
