msd 7730 connectivity

Having issues getting my laptop to connect to my new MSD 7730. Trying to move forward with new technology, and it so frustrating. Have a couple of different laptops, and my oldest one, the one I want to retire works fine. But I have two others that get net framework setup incompatible issues. Any one have any similar problems. Talked to MSD at the trade show and they said need to update the framework. Tried, no luck, so I purchased a New laptop and have the same issues. Plan to call tech support, but now I see why I stayed with the older technology. Any one have any help? Steve Williams S/G 351N
