Default Looking for a spoiler for 68 Nova

The only ones I can find are Ed Quay. Is he the only one who makes a premade one? And with that said is the full body width any better than the one that is about the width of the deck lid? I am hoping to go quite a bit faster soon and wanted a bit more stability on the top end.

Steve , I've got one of Ed's spoilers on a Top Sportsman 69 Nova I built for a friend. .....No problems at 180 + mph......And you wont find a better fitting or quality spoiler, I don't care who makes it! Tom

Thanks for the reply Tom. Are you talking about the full body width or the one about the width of the deck lid? They do look good.

We used the full width model, mainly for apperance. Altho I doubt there is much difference in downforce with the narrower one . ....Tom

I wonder if I could see a picture of that install? They have a good picture of the narrow one on thier site, but not of the wide one.

Here is a link to my car. My son drives it. Hoping to go with a 500+ cubic inch engine later this year. It just has a mild 460 in it now. Want to be able to at least run Super Gas/Super Rod every once in awhile. We are just a bit to slow now. But do hope to run a couple of SST/HR races.

Guess I made Tom mad. Does anyone have a picture of an installed Ed Quay full width spoiler? The one on the site really does not show what it looks like installed and before I order one I want to see one already installed.

No, just been really busy getting my car and motorhome ready for ATCO's Nat Open this coming weekend. ....I did'nt have any good shots of my buddy's Nova that showed the spoiler. .....I think he'll be running Top Sportsman next weekend at Atco, I'll try to get a photo of it. ....Tom
