Poor Customer Service
I recently sent a damper in to be rebuilt that had an gold anodized aluminum crank hub, however, upon return it had a black oxide finished steel one. Sadly, the sales rep at the company, that also happens to be in the transmission business, basically said I was mistaken, a polite way nowadays of calling someone a liar. I even sent my shipper info that showed the weight difference going there and back. Apparently I should have taken a photo of it on a scale and got a sworn affidavit from the FBI.

Re: Poor Customer Service
I had a similar issue years ago with the same company, over a balancer that was returned, and lost.

Re: Poor Customer Service
I e-mailed my experience to the company owner last week and have not even got a response. Very disappointing after being a good customer for roughly 30 years who has spent thousands of dollars with them on trans parts and converters. Even my son remembers the crank hub being gold anodized aluminum....NOT black oxide finished steel.
