Default Mopar Contingency; What are your desires?

Lot's of opinions on another string. What would help the most. A whole race car, an engine assembly, or in a sane world: What do you need? I seem to have an ear up there and Pro Stock is gone. Worth a shot. Nothing ridiculous.

If they could help with National and Divisional entry fee's that would be a great help.
Thanks

Post Re: Mopar Contingency; What are your desires?

They've always had a good spread of contingency for the sportsman racer, but I wish they'd come back to IHRA.

Overall, some basic parts availability for the old stuff would be a big help - i.e.: blocks & heads. Other brands have a lot more choices from their respective factories as well as the aftermarket. I think many sportsman racers, like myself, couldn't get the full use & potential out of a Drag Pak even if it was given to us!

Limited parts help for some, like they use to do, would be nice. But that may be a bit much to ask for these days.

History repeats itself! When the Hemis were over-factored in Pro stock back in the '70's, they put more emphasis on the sportsman classes, even encouraging the Pro drivers to switch.

Making parts available would be a start. Helping us with engines, blocks, heads would really be great.
Even letting us have warranty blocks that they recycle or destroy would be nice.
And since it is Christmas, how about a loaner SC Drag Pak for a season?

Hope all the racers have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I would like to see winner and runner up paid even with a GM car! (Mopar sticker required)

I wish they would produce some replacement blocks and cylinder castings that wee have been waiting for for years!
I would pay almost any logical price.

R3 race blocks at a 'reasonable' price.
