Re: Christmas in Phoenix suggestions
Winslow is a great place to visit. We took a train trip from Washington out to Arizona in the 80s to see my parents. They had a trailer in Prescott for the summer heat. Great place to visit. Our return trip started in Winslow.

Mormon Temple Christmas lights, Main St, Mesa..Unbelievable!
Snow forecast Christmas Eve, for about 4000' ft and higher (about an hour north of Phoenix), if that's your thing.

Re: Christmas in Phoenix suggestions
My advice is to come on down and figure it out when you get here. Please understand that we have so many things to do and see, you will not have a boring minute. You might want to hike Camelback mountain or just sit around the pool at a resort watching the bikinis while having a Margarita and singing "Margaritaville". Lol have fun

Re: Christmas in Phoenix suggestions
Heard Museum....a great way to spend a few hours and their restaurant is unique.
Stockyards Restaurant...the BEST steaks in AZ and fairly reasonable. Jerome...interesting Old West mining town.. Combine with a visit to Sedona Desert Botanical Gardens...Special at Christmas with luminarias Old Town Scottsdale...great at Christmas, or anytime. Shopping is expensive though. 25 years in Phoenix and I only had done a couple of these stops. When back in town for races with my wife, we've done all these at least twice.
