Default '70-'71 Hemi

What is the difference between the '70 and '71 HEMI specs for stock eliminator?
I couldn't download the blueprint specs.

I believe there was a story about a production shaker hood shortage and that hood was used as a replacement, so it was made legal by NHRA. ('70 & '71, and not just with the '70 340-6 original application.)

'71 grill & taillight parts may be more expensive and/or more difficult to find.

There are documented non TA cars that came with the TA hood from Dodge plant.
