So when a Maverick 302 with an automatic got hit with horsepower because of a 1.20 under run you are saying the stick got the same horsepower hit. That is NOT the way it should happen. That's why they have U/S and U/SA. Mavericks came with stick or automatic.

As an example, 1986 C-10 , 262 4bbl:

182 , automatic
184 , stick (still makes a darn good T/Stocker, right, Larry Hill? )
