Yep same engine, this car-engine has been available for 8 years, in 15 (Scat Pac-SRT) it went to the eight speed auto. It is a total blast to drive, very comfortable
and it gets 24 mpg. Very heavy car (4000 lbs+). These new cars are unbelievable, I had a 70-1/2 Z28 (new) and the best it every went was 13.90 and I thought it was fast.

I learned today that the 1320s are not separate models but an available package on the SRT 392. Similar to the Demon in that you can delete the rear seat and get a passenger seat for $1.

So..................why aren't they listed as Stockers instead of FS/ers?

Where does it list that a car is traditional Stock or Factory Stock? I can't find anywhere that designates this difference.

My best guess, and that is all it is, is that Factory Stock is for the cars that have less than 500 but more than 50 cars built. Which fits the Cobra Jets, COPOs and Drag Packs.

As far as the 1320 perhaps someone thinks there will not be 500 of them.

I certainly think there will be however I have yet to find one 150 miles from Tulsa using the Dodge inventory search.

Billy, from the first line of the Classracerinfo site:

1) This is NOT an official NHRA or IHRA web site. The information here is not to be considered as official information or data for any racing association.

If you check the NHRA quide the 1320 is listed as a coupe 2 dr 1320. As far as I can tell, the Drag Pak's are all listed as Drag Pak in the guide. Then again, I could be wrong.

Again, the "1320" is listed as a traditional automobile as a factory built passenger car available to anyone who would like to order or buy off the lot.. It fits in as a B/SA as a 392/390 horsepower NHRA factor. The class needs more new Dodge's in the field! There is one on the lot of Fury Motors in St. Paul, MN

If the new ( 85 % HP /85 % weight ) NHRA rule applied to new production line VIN vehicles, then the Dodge advertised 485 h.p. in the 1320 would equal 412 h.p NHRA factored h.p.

As it stands, the 390 NHRA fact. h.p. would be a 19.6 % decrease, not 15 %.
So, now I am not sure if it is a FS entry or a traditional Stocker deal
