Cornfield Racing
Took my 8.50 index car to Etown Fri nite and I could only muster up 9.40 passes, Still sorting out some issues with very little seat time in it. I qualify as an alternate, 1st rd I leave with my opponent and he's gone, out in front by easy 10 cars, I'm waiting for his nose to drop and waitin and waitng, Well he takes the stripe by a tad too much, his 8.44 to my 9.40 in an 8.50 index....ooops. Havent had that happen to me in years,

Re: Cornfield Racing
Gary,
from one full-figure gal to another (and your former neighbor) -- take the ice cream machine out of the trunk... it'll run quicker that way! Hope you and your family are well. srm |

Re: Cornfield Racing
You're right , happens to most...
But then again I dont see anyone but you coming here and announcing to the world how badly someone else screwed up...and then going on other sites posting the vidoe of the races... Why dont you tell everyone how badly you have screwed up ? |

Your really missing the pt, Its not about what he did or I did, its about a unique situation that doesnt happen often but you must have an axe to grind here, So who are you again and how much seat time do you have? Nuff on this subject.

Who I am , how many passes I have and how much seat time is not the topic of this post...Its all about you.... In my book its ok to tell stories of how a screw up happens, as long as its the poster telling of his or her screw up... I'm positive that the racer that made the mistake in this situation feels like an idiot, and doesnt need to be told in a public forum by someone who is not a friend... |
