Default Colorful Racer's Secret Test session

I heard through the grapevine that Eddie had his Cutlass out last Sunday at Dragway 42.....

My insider said that he would only run it to the 1/8th....so nobody could see how fast it will really run....

I heard his complexion looked about the same but toilet paper was needed......

P.S. I see when he entered Joliet, that there was a misprint on engine size......he must have forgotten to update it....

Ther has got to be a spy on my crew ,,,, no sonner than I finished posting about my test session and hit
Send ,,,, Rock already had the word on this board ,,,,,,,ummmmm ,,,, now I got ot figure out where the leak is all the way down to the small deal with the toilet paper ????

Engine size ,,,, I did up date my info from a small block 421 to a Big Block ,,,at least the guy I bought it
from told me it was a 5 something so I like the number 2 and added two 2's to make it 522 ,,, isn't that the way everybody declares their engine size ,,,,

Well at least I know Rock is not a refrigarator because he can't keep anything cool ,,,,,

Wink Re: Colorful Racer's Secret Test session

Ok, I can't keep quiet any longer! I was there, all test runs were made under strong supervision of his entire 12 man crew. After his first run he was seen standing by his truck shaking like a dog passing a peach pit, but, he was calm by the time they called for the second test flight.
Second pass netted a stright and complete run to the eight mile cones, he tried to go farther but knew his crew was watching closely.
( I was told by spy's that the front wheels never touched the groun even when the stop came on)
He came over to me after that run and stated; "Rock is a bad man, but now he will be able to look me directly in the white of my eyes all the way down the track!" and waked away mumbling something like "he's mine now"

BB I just tell em like I see em

Ruth ,,,,

I'm telling you that the little Big Block ,,,, pushes you to the back of the seat and it feels like someone
is sitting on my chest ALL THE WAY down the track,,,,, The small block would run out of gas/torque and I would catch myself looking around etc..... But this baby keeps you focused on the track ,,,,, so,,, I'm sure I'll continue being a duck untill I get use to the power but when I'm comfortable with more seat time ,,,,I will make some of my buddies turn in their "Duck hunting license "

Come on Rock ,,,,
Don't start those rumors ,,, people might really beleive that nonsense !!

So that my nose don't continue to grow ,,,, I better tell the truth ,,,,,,,
The motor I purchased from APD ( John Kyle ) is Bigger than 498 but smaller than a 598 ,,,, That is
the truth ,,,,, if the weather clears up for the wekend ,, I'll try to run it full track ( with the stop in 9:90 trim )

And I'll post the MPH ,,,, or per Ruthless a time slip

If I can't get some runs this weekend ,,, than I'll be attempting to join the test session on Thursday ,,, Hopefully ,,I'll still have a job on the following Friday ,,,, My company just doesn't understand the importance of Drag Racing and test sessions ,,,,,,, I'm sure others on the board understan the position I'm
in , attempting to save Vacation days for National events and points meets ,,,, but then again ,,, not calling in names,,, some of the folks are owners of their companys and have different rules ,, Right Rock ?
