Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Back to the the body shop today to see when they needed me to get paint, he said this week because they'll possibly be doing the jambs by the end of the week.

Nice! How much for them? Haven't bought headers from them since his father Jack was doing them.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
I think it was $1500. It took a while (16-18 weeks) but he told me he already had many deposits in front of me. I sent a $300 deposit and the remainder when they were ready to ship.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Paint was ordered from the paint store, they'll mix it and deliver the color and clear to the painter today or tomorrow. Checked on the car and looks like they're working on the hood but the car body, doors, and decklid are almost ready to spray.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Saturday we changed oil in the motorhome and did a few little maintanence things, then we started pulling all the Nova's interior panels down from storage.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Sunday we started cleaning and prepping interior panels for a color change. Sucks we can't replace a few of these panels as they're pretty beat but parts just aren't available. We got 'em pretty good though, a few more to do and we gotta fix the dash pad or get lucky and find a good used one.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
I have been following this build. It is very inspiring. I have a couple of questions, is Darren still in Ca and did you use SEM paint for your interior panels? Keep up the great work. I love stick cars.
