"Live" from the Dutch Classic
This will be our first. Class, FS/XX (maybe the first Seven second by a stocker), FS/X for the slower 8.50 cars, a shoot out or two, and the Shady Maple, life is good. Almost forgot recording setting Thursday and Friday, with P.C. Richards and Gold Rush helping in a big way.
So If you are a fan of Class racing this is the one not to miss. If the weather will be good records will fall, get the popcorn it should one heck of a show! Already seen in the pits was a self check to make sure the car would pass tech with flying colors Last edited by Larry Hill; 10-04-2016 at 08:43 PM. |

Re: The dutch classic
Larry forgot to put "Live" from the Dutch Classic and I can't change the title, but this is "Live"!!
Just a few pictures mostly from yesterday out riding in the countryside. I forgot to take my camera, so these are just cell phone pictures. This was actually from a couple of days ago when the sun finally made an appearance! This is inside the Shady Maple. The next picture explains who carved it. This is a Menonite church in Goodville. The view behind the church--cemetery and farms. Taken from up on a ridge overlooking the farms. An Amish horse and buggy in front of us on the road. This is at the Walmart in Morgantown. A covered area with hitching posts for the horses and buggies! The countryside surrounding the track is just beautiful. All of these little winding roads with a dozen different ways to get to the track. Very different looking houses up this way, too. Lots of 2 and 3 stories which look like they have been here forever! If you get a chance, it is a very interesting trip just to admire all the barns and houses! |
