Talk about GOOD!!! Crawfish, corn, potatoes and onions. Everything dumped out on newspapers and then you clean up! Just pick up the stuff that wasn't eaten and roll up the papers and throw away!

We have a few things to get done tomorrow, then we will be out to the track.

More later!
Oh boy, I wish I was there to enjoy that dinner!

This is the only way to eat Craw Fish. Boil them, pour them on top of the table with news paper the add good friends! Jimmy sure know how to treat company and knows how to live. From the pictures posted, it looks like all had a good time. Jimmy, I will see you on Thursday for the test n tune.

Jimmy's crawfish are the best. I sure am going to miss seeing all my friends and really am going to miss the food. I love south Louisiana.

And Mark.....many of the Cajuns run really fast...............I have to wonder how fast they could be with your header systems.....For sure it wouldn't be slower.....Mark, you are the best..

That's the truth! According to his girlfriend the company that supplies his material refers to him as "Mr. 6" Bend." And, no, it doesn't mean anything off color. I am sure you are shocked.

What it means is that he is the only custom header builder they supply the big smooth bends to because he is the only one that can make them work.

How does crawfish taste,I love shrimp, lobster, crab legs, are they similiar?
Here in Ky we call them crawdads,up here you find them in creeks under rocks and wet ground you see holes they bore in ground somehow, looks like you used a small auger about 1 1/4 diameter.
