Default cam shaft 305 stocker

can anyone give a a idea on grind for a 305 camaro stock cam specks?

big cam or small? (lift that is) oh hell here's some rough #s 252 262 @.050 106 centerline........

I'm very new to this stocker class racing and trying to figure out as much as i can about this before i start building my motor I know i can have a 430 lift but i know there are a lot of duration secrets car a is a 305 1986 camaro any head info or who to contack for heads?

Where did you get the idea you can run a .430" lift cam?? Here are the blueprint specs for 1985 Chev engines:

The only cam choices I see are the .357/.390 cam and the .403/.415.
