James, did you say that you went red on the Trustart system but the
light did not go red?
Does this mean that you left first and the system was waiting to see if your
opponent wad a worse red light?

Yes, that's how it works.

Even when I'm the faster car, I love it because it takes away any temptation there might be to let your eye wander to the other side of the tree.

That's correct Terry, if you leave first your light always goes green until the second racer leaves. In my case I thought I had smoked both times lol. The first time it happened the other guy redlighted worse so my scoreboard lit up so I knew he had turned it red. The second one the next day I thought again I had smoked it but didn't think to look at other scoreboard.

I would really like if the blocker came all the way down too. I was fortunate to have a third round bye at Reading and I've always hated when the red light shines as soon as the lights start coming down. It throws me off a little and then I always have a crap RT in the bye lol.

I've never understood why the blinder doesn't come all the way down. That said I've had days when the tree could blow up on the opposite side and I wouldn't notice then I've had days when I wonder what the guy in the 3rd row is eating!😂

Maybe we need some racers suggestions to the Division Reps in S/SS to see if they
can put the blinders all the way down so you don’t see the other lanes Red light.

How long does it take for "the system" to determine and show
the "winning" red light?
