Slant Six
Has anyone run a Mopar Slant Six with any success in Competition Eliminator. I can’t recall.

Re: Slant Six
I knew a racer named Ron Frost who in the seventies ran a '61 Valiant with a Slant Six in Modified Eliminator at Dover Drag Strip and it ran pretty well. He was the Shop Foreman at Mohawk Motors in Stamford Connecticut, a Chrysler Plymouth dealer.

Re: Slant Six
Anyone remember what John and Ann Peto used for power in their Altered? Think they had at least two different combos.

Re: Slant Six
The Mopar Slanty Six has a small bore, around 3.44". Maybe the 170 CID might have a chance with a billet head and 30 pounds machined off the crank. They only have four main bearings. The Mopar 2.2L four banger had the same or similar bore size.
