Default Sorry charlie

We all think it's nut for only 50 at Gainesville for the biggest category of racers at an NHRA Event.

Maybe it's a good thing Charlie has shinned some light on how spots are taken after racers drop out of an Event. It would be nice to see the quota's increase but I would be shocked to see that happen. We have all heard all of the excuses why the quotas are so low. There has been many of them. Ranging from not enough time, no room for more cars, TV commitments ect.. As they add more classes , make time for exhibition runs, clown tossing T- Shirts into the crowd ect..

With all the BS excuses you have to believe just like the movie they must feel.

YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH !!!

If 50 is the number for us at some of these races why don't they have a stand by list of the next ten that didn't have fast fingers and get on in time. So when someone drops out the next one in line gets that spot. Not a friend that may only have a grade of 5 while you with 8 or more sit on the sidelines. So the racers that are sitting on the sidelines have a shot at getting in when others drop out. Change the drop out date to at least 10 days before the Event. If you drop out after that you loose your entrance fee. BP
