For some reason I can't reply, I'll keep trying.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Got my Indy bucket list checked off this year and we'll go to our D2 Galot race that weekend. Maybe next year.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Did some race car things today, some adjustments in the bellhousing and see if we can get this Racepak hooked up before our test on the 22nd.

Making brackets and running wires for the Racepak. Working slow but I have a little time so I'm enjoying the laid back pace.

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
I spent most of the day fighting a condition us older fellas get. I forget where I put everything and for the life of me could not find the Rob Youngblood trans. sensor adaptor, looked everywhere twice and the place I finally found it once. Wasted day but if your gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough!

Re: H-I-J '76 Nova re-fit.
Everything is back together and the wiring is about 90%. Gonna try to finish it up tomorrow so I can work on the motorhome and get the trailer loaded Saturday for a track rental Sunday. I took a few extra pictures of the trans case, threaded for the bushing and sensor so the info is here if anyone needs to do it. The sensor needs a little grinding (see pic) because it needs to screw about 1/4"-1/2" into the bushing in order to make it to the magnet. It's super easy, the bushing is a 3/4-16 thread, and the bushing and magnetic collar can be had from Rob at Advanced Clutches.
