Re: Live from Gainesville
Good morning from the Cool, Windy part of Southern MD. BBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Somebody is really getting good at these top end photo's. Thanks for all you do to entertain us unforgenet ones that can't be with you. Try to get Craig in the GROOVE for this weekend, he needs another BIG "Wally" to go with the other one at home. Cal SST 1177 |

Re: Live from Gainesville
Well we're still here, going to be pulling crew duty's at the Gators hopefully we'll be racing in them next year. So you want to be a travelling racer its a tuff life and not suited to everyone. Here's some of the stuff you have to endure to make it. First its the never ending search for good places to eat (we found a few) here's Cedar River in Starke one of my favorite places.
Then there was also Randy's Ribs in Waldo. We also had some good company over for dinner. Chuy's Mexican in Gainesville was also good. Last edited by Robbie Welch; 03-15-2018 at 12:17 PM. |

Re: Live from Gainesville
Then there's also the constant physical training to try and stay in shape. (We're losing that battle). There's go cart racing. Teresa couldn't participate her back was not up to it.
Look at those smiles. I think we may of found the fountain of youth. Then there was Putt Putt Golf to keep our concentration skills sharp. (Yea right) Tiger Woods tough Teresa this stance. As you can see it's not for everyone but if you get a chance I advise you give it a try. You never know you could be the next John Force. I want to thank our friends Rudy & Ruth Matthews and Paul & Rose Richardson for helping to make this trip so much fun. That's really why we do this. Have Fun. Re: Live from Gainesville
So far our Gator experience has been good. The class cars are crazy fast and I'm looking forward to Factory Stock it could be historic. Photos to come.
