ALMOST before paint, Bob.....You still see a new "waterstruck" decal now and then, but on glass is where you'd better use them.....never did have much luck removing them w/anything but a razor blade....No kid, but I sure do love to act like one..... WJ

The plastic razor blades are like a rigid squeegee. The rotary eraser goes in a drill or air tool and rubs the decal off. Both work. They make a heavy duty unit called a vinyl zapper (large rotary wheel) electric or pneumatic drive, they run about 400 bux though.
