Evans will not make your vehicle run cooler, its just a legal fluid that won't freeze, rust and has a higher boiling point.

Car has a Afco scirocco radiator/fan/shroud and a Meziere 55 gpm pump with 16 an hoses top and bottom. Had a 12 an hose from top of intake to top radiator and switched to 16 an and it did help with cooling the motor down a little faster but still can’t cool down very quick.

1. that water pump needs a radiator with the same size inlet and outlet as on the pump.

2. what temp are you staging at?

The larger AN helped because the pump was able to push more coolant through the radiator. The more coolant you can push through the radiator, the faster it will cool. At the same time though, you're trying to push 55 gallons of fluid per minute through a 1" (16 AN) hole. You really need to open up the inlet/outlet to get more coolant through the system. You could put a stock water pump on, and see no change in temperature, with the restriction being caused by the 16 AN inlet/outlet...

I understand you may be space confined with your application, but I would see if I can get something larger than a 2'x1' Scirocco rad. I honestly didn't even know those things were still being used outside of dragsters and altereds.

I try to roll into the water at 110 and leave the line at 140 and go through the lights at 170 +. Car does have double pass radiator. Talked to Meziere they told me to use the 12 an on top and 16 an to slow the water flow down. Both Afco and Meziere said this should have no problem cooling off after a pass.

it's a coolant, coolants don't cool and it also has a reputation for eroding aluminum.
