I alaways thought you to be the one that would stick up for the racer
I dont see any need to take the carts away from those using them
Police the idiots and the kids who arent allowed to drive them leave the rest alone...

Mark,that's what I've been saying,the handicapped remark was in jest,meaning that some guys just have the "How can I get over" gene built into them.
