It was Earl Six's truck, I found it once on drag race central 96 or 7? It was 3 years ago or so my memory isn't crystal clear. Rick Allision at A & A Transmission built mine. Went 110 runs with no problems. Rick freshed last winter and its worked perfect this year. Thanks, Doug

Did you hear about the new Jerico's that shift all by themselves?? Yes, we've had ours on order, but it hasn't shown up yet. What gives??? They come with an automatic clutch release, so we don't have to go through the trouble of mounting a button the steering wheel. I guess we'll just keep waiting...should be anytime now...can't be much longer...

Mike, nothing new.
For many years, Chevy racers have either use the governor for shifting on the early trsnmissions, or electronics since the LT-1 cars first appeared in Class racing.

Actually 8500 sounds a lot like Doug Duel's shiftpoint..
