I believe it was a Biondo Transbrake switch, but here is a link to the Jegs version. As far as adjusting it when clutch set up is being changed it's easily corrected to account for any rounds being added or removed.....and that is if any adjustment is really even needed. Good Luck!!

Rod, I use the Biondo switch. I drilled a hole in my clutch pedal and the switch comes through the hole! When my foot is on the clutch it is activated! Works fine!

I use an OMRON switch P/N D4C-1620 (actuated by the clutch fork). It looks very similar to the Jerry Bickel switch, but it can be found on ebay for ~$15 new.

I've used the Jerry Bickel switch in the past which is a very heavy duty switch with molded in leads and an adjustable arm .
they also have a universal mounting bracket for it.

I've put these on a number of stick cars for guys. Fab a mounting bracket and a tab on the pedal to actuate it. Infinitely adjustable. Guys like them fine.
