Default Will The 2008 CJ Stick Remain In Stock?

Fezell's 1.26 under at Charlotte Saturday should result in a 20 hp increase come Tuesday. That is 449 Hp. X 4.25% = 19.0825 Hp. then rounded to 20 Hp. = 469Hp.

The shipping weight of the car is 3240 devided by 469 = 6.91 lbs.per factored Hp.

AA/S is 7.5 - 7.99

Is the car Super Stock only?

I would assume it can move to AA until it hits the max allowable weight that can be added.

If its factor is 6.91, it could move "up" if the class was a 7lb class, but at 7.5lbs its more than a class away, if you consider .5 to be a class.

Chad, you are correct, IF they go by the precedent that was set with the race hemi, T-bolts and L-88/ZL-1 cars. My bet......ford and nhra will 'amend' the current rules so it can remain in ?stock?.
