Talking New alum. Cylinder head rule

I heard yesterday evening a rumor that the much talked about Alum. head rule for stock elim. might NOT come into effect until 2019 now due to all the screaming. It is the "SILLY SEASON" after all.
The rumor came from a pretty reliable source so who knows for sure ?

I don't think there was any screaming involved, just another knee jerk decision by NHRA! One size does not fit all and a poor choice of heads with ridiculous runner volumes!
