I run that Hoosier on my 68 camaro 10.90 car. I bought a set in March 06 and did'nt take them off until May 07. They still had dot on them. I put a new set on in may still running them.

I have run Goodyears,Mickeys, and Hoosiers on our 4200# wagon .
the Goodyears and the Hoosiers, both hook well , but the Hoosiers last longer.
I will never run MTs again. i got less than one season , and it would rotate them off the line unpredicably.

Mickey Thompson tires pretty much dominate the outlaw racing and bracket racing market for a reason. Hoosiers pretty well seem to have the market on Stock and Superstock racing. We sell both and have had about equal results with either depending upon application and chassis setup. We sell Mickey's 2 to 1 over Hoosier.

Bracket racers bought Mt in the past because of price. Now they buy them because they always used them in the past. If they ever switch to Hoosier they genearally don't go back.

I use the Mickeys on the stick car and use the hoosier radials on the automatic car. I might try a Hoosier on the Nova next year.
