68 chevelle suspention
Just bought a 68 malibu that the suspention is wore out. Want to upgrade and wonderin what u guys use. Plan is bb in future. So much stuff available not sure whats the best rought. . Have always respected what these stock an ss guy can make those cars do.

Miller's book "Hook and Launch" might help you some. It is available at most of the big book stores and on the internet. He also sells a really good system for this type of car. Good luck and happy motoring.

just bustin your chops, gona be a cruise nite, strip thing.. bb 600-700 hp. no corner carvin. i had a 4 link car that was a lumber wagon on the street and want to leave this mostly stockish if ya get my drift. 'sleeper'

I've run Weibe's setup before, which I would only run to be stock legal.
Personally I've been quicker with the factory style 4 link. Mine consisted of fabricated chromoly bars with heims, the upper bar is fully adjustable at the housing, my frame mounts are reinforced. I use a weld in, between the frame rails anti roll, tires are 29.90 X 9 Hoosier radials on 10 inch wheels. I get almost no separation on launch, depending on which engine I run I've been well into the 1.2 60s @ 3720 pounds in my 68 Chevelle. |
