Anyone know what the DQ's were for in Stock and S/S at Houston?

I don't know, but why did Nicholson's car go from a 9.73 to a 9.80 in the third round revision?

From looking at the thread congratulating him it looks like there were some electrical track/timing issues which negated that run. Others like Kevin driving Jeff's GT Duster and others had their times revised as well.

Gee, sounds like my second round at Gainesville! Might be time for NHRA to get off their wallets and upgrade the timing equipment! Jim

problem at Houston was a BIG spider in the photocell....... alive and moving, hid from us a couple of times, but hung out during some laps that gave us some erroneous numbers..... finally found the bugger, and his weekend ended prematurely.... RIP

Cassil/Nicholson came to Houston to set the record, but wouldn't accept the numbers from that time slip..... the numbers just weren't right.

Unk
