Default Brake pressure switch from folk race cars.

Instructions say it can be mounted in front or rear brakes. Which one is best. I know if mounted in front it must be installed before line lock correct. Thanks I have e shift turbo action shifter.

Default Re: Brake pressure switch from folk race cars.

Folk Race Cars doesn't seem to make their own stuff so I couldn't find this switch for reference. Here is general stuff.

A line lock solenoid closes off the flow of fluid when it is energized. When you take your foot off the pedal the side between the master and the IN side of the solenoid goes to zero and the side after the OUT port stays at pedal pressure until the button is released. If the pressure switch is before the IN port it will deactivate when you take your foot off the pedal. If it only runs a brake light it doesn't matter. If it activates a 2 step, it does.
