Got the cam broken in and valve springs changed. Made some preliminary pulls and moved the cam around. We'll get back to it after the Phoenix National event. -Al

Alan and others,
Can't tell from the pic, but if the odd number side plug wires are similarly bunched......it would be better to be sure that 5 and 7 DO NOT run parallel and bunched together (should be separated at least a couple of inches). An odd thing called inductive coupling occurs and can encourage cross firing and you would not hear it but power would suffer a bit. Yeah, I know that is not the kind of stuff one hears on forums and such unless it is underlined with "some guy said" but it is a technical truth that is worthwhile to know. Where did you dyno test your engine? They should have known this item from their own testing and trouble shooting.
Regards,
HB2

This will be a good time to test that. -Al

Finished up by testing four different fuels. Time for it to go in the car and get ready for the season.

I can't thank Bob Sherwood enough. It's his dyno that I'm fortunate to test on. His experience in not only dyno operation but data interpretation have been invaluable. Bob is truly one of the good guys.

Thank you, Bob!
